During the initial visit, Mike gave me a thorough, complete, and prompt estimate educating me on my current electrical system and the work to be done. Bob was responsive, friendly, flexible and easy to work with during the scheduling and billing process. Joe and Brian were friendly and professional explaining the work and answering all my questions. They communicated clearly through the whole process. Joe and Brian worked so hard to upgrade our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. They also installed an outdoor meter on the side of our house. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure the work was done right. They worked from 8 am to 6ish pm the first day. Then they came back the next morning to finish the work once again making sure everything was done properly. I even got estimates for more electrical work we need to get done! "Excellent. The whole team is respectful and left the work areas very clean. They do the little things that separate themselves from others extremely well. For the panel there was a follow-up need Jason, the owner, came back out to our home at 10PM. And for the light fixtures Parker noticed we had a dimmer on a switch that wasn't connected to a dimmable light, a fire hazard, so he put a new switch in for us, something that wasn't on our radar. We will call them for any future electrical needs."
