Chuck had a look and clearly explained his plan for the repair and the estimated cost. He replaced hardware and the supporting block of wood between the veneer panels. The project was out of scope for our DIY skills/tools. We are very pleased to have this door reinstalled and functioning again. Bill was per the estimate. Tom's crew showed up right on time and discussed the plan and timing with my wife. The 35 year old windows were all replaced over two days with excellent quality Richlin windows, and they also added a picture window in our living room. They spent the third day finishing up the inside jambs and trim, and sent one member of the crew back to finish touching up and making sure the house was as clean as they found it. Tom was very friendly and informative every step of the way, and we felt very comfortable with him and his crew in our house (including being respectful of our 2 cats!) "Rick came over and looked at our closet system. Everyone else, who gave us a bid, wanted to remove the system and rebuild it. Rick suggested adding some shelving and modifying it a bit and changing the hardware. We appreciated his expertise and cost savings. Corbin, Rick’s installer, was very professional. Our old system was not level and was pulling out from the wall. Corbin leveled the system and reattached the unit to the wall. He was very neat, professional and safety conscience. We couldn’t be happier with the way the project turned out."

"<p>These are delightful people, and I've hesitated a long time about writing a less than perfect review.  Angie's list asked for a review, so I'm writing this with some reluctance.</p> <p>They work very fast, no more than 6 hours a day. With 2 people working that should work out to 12 hours/day, but they seemed to hurry.  One of them (don't know which) does much better edging than the other.  Woodwork and doors needed another coat of paint as it was just too thin.  (Lots of paint left over.)  Smudges and brushstrokes lapped over onto the edge of a natural wood door. </p> <p>Perhaps their low estimate was too low and we needed 3 of their days. Without question, they are pleasant to have around; you can be comfortable having them in your home.</p> <br />"
