"What is very important to me and my husband is not only the quality of work but someone who knows the electrical codes and does not try and cut corners. We've hired people who work on the side and it doesn't always work out well. I will definitely all Randy's Electric again, which I have to because I bought the wrong light fixture and now I have to have them come back out and switch. But now I have an electrician/company that I can count on."

"I would've given them an "A-" on price only because the quote came in a little higher than we'd expected. However, we also chose not to compromise the materials we chose in order to get the price down. We are thoroughly impressed with our entire experience with Goetz Landscaping. Al was our designer. We wanted a contemporary and modern design and he nailed it right away. Al was completely thorough not only with the work but also in dealing with our association. Our association required tohave a certain percentage of "buffer zone" in our back yard and they are very strict about maintaining. Al coordinated everything including the 3 inspections by the association that needed to take place. The crew that showed up was terrific. They were on-time, friendly, and very professional. They explained what they were doing and were meticulous with their steps to ensure quality work. They started on a Tuesday where they'd cleared away the area and put in the "layers" of the foundation. That night, we had *torrential* rain and turned the dirt into mud. On Wed., they worked half a day (where it rained the whole time), but were concerned that it was still so wet. On Thurs., they were still concerned about the stability of the foundation. They wanted to give it the weekend to dry out. On Monday, they'd work the entire day and, when we came home, explained they wanted to ensure a solid foundation, which required more layers - so they basically started from scratch. We were so impressed with the fact that they did not stop until they were sure the work was high quality. Again, the experience was fantastic and I would recommend them in a heartbeat."

Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. I spoke with Joy Beckman in their offices through email, she very nice and easy to work with. Scheduling also wasn't going to work. "Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

"I hired Kyle from Fredrickson's initially in 2021 to build a large patio in our backyard. I was very impressed with Kyle & his ideas for our new patio. He had numerous recommendations based on long experience with landscaping and his eye for the right colors and proper installation made a big difference. I hired him again about a month ago to build an extension/add-on to this patio. Once again Kyle had great input and ideas of what to do & how to do it. Initially when the estimate looked like it might go beyond our budget, he made suggestions that cut the cost almost in half without losing the real look and functionality that we wanted.
