Gary inspected the entire roof, took several pictures and walked me through the type of roof I had. He did notice a minor defect and offered to fix it but ended up advising me on how to fix it which was gladly welcomed. In the end, there was no charge and I walked away a whole lot more educated. "Hiring Felipe (Flash Roofing) for my stone coated steel roof was an absolute pleasure. Having a long of history of hiring contractors over the years (electrical/landscaping/insulation/plumbing/remodeling/handyman, etc), I have learned to become very cautious. Brendan Christenson (Sales / Account Manager for Advanced Exteriors) came by the very next day to apply tarps over the skylights and damaged roof areas. Kyle Anderson (Project Manager) was out when the adjustor arrived to survey the damage and document the items needing repair. Without Kyle’s help, we would have missed quite a lot of damage. My new skylights had to be custom ordered - which delayed the installation process by a few weeks.
