"The job went very well. It was extremely laborious - being entirely done by hand, and wheelbarrowing all materials in an out, up and down a hill from the street to the work site. The entire existing sod yard (approx.1400 sq. ft.) was removed, then the dirt was tilled by pick and shovel, 10 inches deep to remove tree roots. Then 6 yards of topsoil was brought in and the yard leveled and re-sodded. Additional perimeter rock was added. Great care was taken by workers to respect existing plants and landscaping. Mr. Mindh was present on all work days providing supervision. I was impressed with both his daily punctuality and responsiveness to phone calls. He did the job as we had originally agreed.
