"Brent was amazing. He not only cleaned the tankless water heater but also did a thorough checklist of the plumbing outlets, ordered, picked up & installed a faucet that we have long been waiting to replace. "I had a terrific experience with the team at Heart HVAC & Plumbing. I needed my tankless water heater to be flushed and a faucet to be fixed. I must have stumbled across an old coupon that was missing some verbiage as there was some confusion from the techs. They handled the situation with class and agreed to honor the dated offer. The techs were professional and did great work. I would not hesitate to hire Heart again."

"Jay did an outstanding job installing a new hot water heater. He did a thorough job and made sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend Jay and his company."

"They was honest and drained the hot water heater at no cost"

"Every step of the way was done professionally, friendly, and exactly as described. I'm an older widow and was completely comfortable with both Zack and Sam who installed my water heater. Am extremely happy with the job and the men who did the work. I can definitely recommend them."

"We had the unfortunate incident of having a water heater break down in the winter. Unlike other places that were quick to diagnose that I just needed a new water heater just by talking to me over the phone, Jim Needham Plumbing sent in a professional. Tyson, the tech that was sent out, was by far the definition of professional. Iâ ve had techs come out that seemed professional but then just left more of a mess than when they came in. Tyson diagnosed the issues and not only gave me multiple scenarios I could choose from but made me comfortable in my decision. As soon as I made a decision and asked about next steps, he not only told me every step but accurately broke it down to how much time it would take. I was worried because if he missed his projected window I would not make my virtual meeting for work. He not only completed on time, he explained everything to my fiancée and she noted how meticulous and careful he was in our house and with the disposal of the old water heater plus the clean installation of the new one. In our next home project you bet we will be calling back to have them continue their level of experience and professionalism."

"If you’re looking for someone you can actually trust, Isaiah is the person to call. From the moment he arrived, it was obvious he genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision, not just making a sale. He took the time to educate me on my options for a whole home water filtration system and a tankless water heater, explaining the pros and cons of each without ever making me feel pressured. What impressed me most was how kind, honest, and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process. He was the only contractor who took the time to truly educate me instead of just giving me a quote. I walked away feeling informed, cared for, and confident that I was making the best decision for my home. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine care for their customers. Isaiah is truly one of a kind, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for honest, client first service."
