"Jared and his team did an amazing job. From start to finish, it was clear they wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. Jared worked with us to come up with the design, and the team were all great to work with. They continuously kept us informed of what they were doing, and if something needed adjusting after it was done, they were very quick to make any requested changes. The job included removing a window, and re-sizing two others; replacing siding on the exterior and matching our existing paint; re-sizing the living room archway; replacing kitchen and bath flooring with tile; removing a bathtub, re-arranging the bathroom and adding a large shower; moving a tankless water heater from outside to inside; re-routing gas and water for the washer and dryer; installing new appliances; installing cabinets and quartz countertops. I highly recommend this company and will be hiring them again for future projects."

"We have an older place that we wanted to have the bathroom remodeled in. I filled out the info on Angi and received a call from Eric with Vanderlip Const. He set up an appointment and came out and looked at our project and listened to what we were wanting to have done. He was very thoughtful , personable, and knowledgeable about all of the things that we were wanting done and more. One of the very best things about Eric is that he is very honest and upfront, but doesn't slam things in your face when he tells you. Because of the age and condition of our place he suggested we get a few things done before conquering the actual bathroom remodel. We thought about what he suggested and agreed that was the best thing to do. He set us up with a few of his subcontractors to get estimates and timelines on their part of the work to be done. All of them have been very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We did schedule work with one of them so far and he was absolutely fantastic, and very reasonable. We are still working the the others and trying to get one item done at a time. Eric is always checking in to see how things are going and asking if there is anything he can do to help. We will hopefully be done with the "things you don't see" and can have Eric come in and get our actual bathroom remodel done soon! We feel good about the decision to follow his advice and get some underlying issues done first!"

"It took us time to find a contractor. We got over Six quotes only two contractors actually sent us a bid. Ben was very responsive. He sent us the quote within a week from the visit. We were very satisfied with the process. We were always in the know. We have done renovations In the past with contractors and we were always not pleased with not knowing the schedule. We had water damage on the ceiling of the garage that was coming from the front of our house, on the second story of the home. Joe did a thorough inspection and pinpointed the issue to a gutter/siding issue. He charged me a fair price, and cleaned everything up.
