I sent him pics of the two loose siding spots and he made an appointment with me for the next day (Sunday) at 12:30pm. He finished the repairs on not only the siding spots I identified, he fixed a 3rd issue that we did not even recognize! All repairs were complete in under an hour!! "I had Sam inspect my gutter and siding for damage after the recent hail storm. Sam came out took pictures and helped me with the insurance process. I got a new gutter and siding all paid for by my insurance company and I did not have to do anything except decide on what colors I wanted. "They were my third choice of contractors, but first two choices were booked up so I settled. I think I should have waited. Sam was affable and a bit aggressive with sales pitch but mostly returned calls in a timely manner. Work was adequate, but there were mistakes made - low spot on walkway that collects water next to foundation, crooked edges, uneven placement of some concrete. They left a mess, splattered concrete on house siding that required power-washing to remove; dirty greasy handprints on vinyl siding that needed scrubbing to remove, lots of gravel left on lawn; broken drain pipe, left forms on-site for over a week despite constant calls."
