"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Not happy with flooring choices and lack of professional services. In updating and moving, I mistakenly thought that John Proctor's experience would make his recommendation for flooring better than MY 'shopping' and pricing. The small sample looked pretty good, and I signed a fairly blank contract. My fault for NOT shopping & comparing other companies, and for NOT checking John's choice BEFORE installation. Color match WAS NOT GOOD. His installers were adequate for the job, but unprofessional in setting times and performance. John Proctor did nothing to arrange installation, DID NOT check finished job, and ONLY appeared at site when I called to complain about the color selected. He said that I would be OK with finished flooring and left. I'm Not okay with his choice, and so wish I had not trusted and paid && for what I thought would be a contracted, professional, job. It should have been a DIY job, only I didn't realize that. Showing-up for service would have been helpful!"
