Being able to send pictures to Eric made communication much easier and faster when trying to describe something we wanted changed. They properly installed an irrigation system with a shutoff valve, pressure regulator, automatic valve, back-flow prevention valve, filter and plenty of flush out end caps. Our family is extremely thrilled with the landscaping and our kids are especially excited about their bike racetrack!"

"Eduardo and Reyes Loya remodeled our bathroom removing an old bathtub and old tile from the walls. They built wall nichos, retiled the floor, smooth finish on the walls and painted, replaced an old vanity and shelf, rewired the outlets and adding an outlet for an electric bidet. They installed a new vessel sink and shower . The river walk design on the walls was beautiful. They were professional, honest and not only thorough but detail oriented. They communicated with us from start to finish. They cleaned up after each day and hauled away the debris.I highly recommend them to everyone. "They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.
