Scheduling and phone communications were a disaster to get a followup visit. They tried to charge me $270 for a few feet of wire and some keys. I found out from honest repairmen that one of the keys was unneeded and the other could be had online for $17! They did not ever answer my request for a breakdown on the bid. "This is the second time I’ve had to call affordable plumbing and heating first it was a clean out a couple days ago I called them at 8:40 AM and the issue was taken care of by 10 AM Fred took care of that issue, very professional and let me know exactly what work needed to be done in My clean out drains showed me root issues that needed to be addressed immediately.and then a couple days later I noticed that I had a leak at the main called the city and they told me that the leak is behind the meter can so of course it’s the Customer’s responsibility and again I called affordable appliance at 8 AM. They came out promptly to fix my water main leak within a couple of hours. Nathaniel and Jorge were totally professional told me exactly what was going on.
