We made an appointment for him to come out and make an estimate and he came at the appointed time & we had a discussion about what the requirements would be for this property based on size, ceiling heights and the fact that it was 2-story. He was able to start quickly and they started on the agreed date to install 4 mini split units. They worked full days and it really only took a couples of days to install. We needed an electrician and he was able to supply to at person as well. Everyone who worked on the project were very punctual and we felt very comfortable with everyone. We are now enjoyed quiet, cool air in a home that had been built in 1979 and never had any type of A/C. Only wish we had done sooner. Rather than trouble shoot the obvious - lack of coolant - he told us we needed a new system and charged us for 1.5 hours of work. i contacted another group who did excellent and honest trouble shooting, replaced and refilled the coolant, re insulated some pipes at a very reasonable cost. When I contacted Reliable Tech and told them what happened they came back out to the house and offered a partial refund."
