"Our neighborhood was hit by a devastating hailstorm in 2022. The vinyl siding on the north sides of everyone's house was pocked with holes and gashes, roofs catastrophically damaged, broken windows, battered cars, tree limbs everywhere. Certainly, we had all seen storm damage much worse than what found after our storm, but we all braced for the challenges ahead: clean up, repair and even rebuild. As we picked up the pieces around our yards, contracting companies descended on our neighborhood. Dealing with the insurance end of the equation was already becoming a marathon--but the looming questions, who should we choose to repair our home, who will do the job well became a worrisome preoccupation for us and all of our neighbors. Our former neighbor, Ben F, drove by one day, and seeing me in the yard cleaning up, he stopped by to check in with us. Ben listened empathetically. He told us he had started to work for Craftsmen and asked us if we wanted him to give us an estimate. Ben told that us he had been impressed with the team at Craftsmen, that he had found a workplace guided by principles of integrity. As he put together the estimate, Ben was thorough and thoughtful, answering our endless questions with considerable knowledge and good advice. We warranty every job no matter the size for a minimum of 3 years craftsmanship, average of 5 years on most, if material is produced by us or is custom worked we will warranty the product as well. We are certified from multiple manufacturers of products we sell and install. We also off the ability to purchase extended craftsmanship warranties. We offer discounts to current,retired, or disabled veterans. We also offer discounts and savings to law enforcement, peace officers and fire/emt. Just let our staff know and they will provide you with what's available for you. We are available 24 hours a day for emergency response. Same day service to any warranty calls.
