"It went very well. Everyone that I worked with was very patient in answering my questions. The installation was just as explained to me. The trainer was very nice to our dog. We did have a storm with lightening that was hitting over our house the day after installation. I think that is why our fence was not working. It was quickly remedied by a repair at no charge. My only concerns are that when we tried to do follow up training, our dog just wanted to bite the leash. When we gave up on the leash and let him go, he seemed to go through the fence with no reaction. The collar was set on 4 of 10. We have since bumped it up to 6, but he has still gone through. We will continue to work with him. Since he is not yet 6 months old, we don't want him loose until he gets neutered. I would use Lance's Fencing again."

Jef came and provide an estimate, but actually took the time to walk through the pros and cons of multiple fence types so we could decide what was best for our plans and property. The install went well and the fence looks amazing! The installers took their time to walk us through a couple options that came up during the install. Michelle from the office was always responsive to my texts from beginning of booking install all the way through the post-install walk thru. "Overall, the experience with the handoff from Jesse to Brian was smooth, and Brian and Steve (who tore down my old fence, rebuilt with 6' cedar shadowbox and added 2 gates on each side of the house) did a great job. They were prompt on arrival each time they said they would show up. The spent approx 5 hours tearing out the old section of fence and rebuilding. Upon completion, they hauled away all the debris and Brian offered to haul away a large pile of yard waste and brush we had built up in our early spring clean up. I would hire him again due to the work he did on my fence, as well as the reputation for the work with Morrison Fence."

"It looks great. It's not a 'normal' fence. I found something I wanted on Pinterest, and Skip and his crew did it exactly how I wanted. It took longer than he thought it would, partially because of the weather and partially because the wire mesh was hard to find. They had to drive around Columbus, Newark, and Zanesville to find something that would work. He even bought something that he decided was too flimsy, installed one piece and decided it wasn't good enough quality. AND, he passed on the $125 price difference to us. Good guy doing good work!"

"Angel and his crew completely re-made our entire backyard. What was previously a mud pit was turned into a beautiful paved patio with a stunning fire pit and seating wall, and brand new sodsurrounded by two types of new fences. In addition they trimmed up our large tree to allow light to the new sod. Angel was very responsive via text (my preferred communication method). He provided me with samples, pictures, ideas, etc throughout the process. His crew arrived early every day that weather permitted (before 9am) and they didn’t stop until 5 or 6pm. They always made sure that they had their things put away each night so as to not leave a mess. He was also very flexible with me as we changed the design mid project. I can’t say enough good things about these guys and the work they did. I will continue to use them for any landscaping project and will refer them to all of my friends. A+++"
