"I contacted Mitchell Group to tear off my existing deck and rebuild a new composite deck. The company was very timely in reaching out to me and having Mitchell come to my house to look at my space, look at materials and colors, and provide a quote. Work was quoted to start in 3-4 weeks, and that was right on time as well. My deck was torn down and completely replaced in two days. The crew was kind, respectful, and efficient in their work. They left my new space very clean and had me look at the work before they all left. Mitchell was out both days to check in on his crew and pitch in where needed. He followed up with me each day and once the project was over to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company for any project. Good honest people are hard to come by anymore, and I would trust this crew with any other project that I need done. "

"Will was very nice to start off with. He came willingly and gave us an estimate, as well as picked up our $2,600 cash deposit. Once the deposit was paid our level of responsiveness changed and we were always "next on the list." Will never did build our deck because he under bid the job and decided it wasn't worth his while. Where we are at today (one year later) - a police report is being filed today. Any theft over $1,000 is a felony in the State of Ohio and we just want our deposit back. What sets APCO apart from other home improvement companies is that APCO, now one of the largest home improvement companies in Ohio, is a wholesale distributor. That means lower prices for our customers from a very experienced staff.
"I needed new gutters and new facia boards installed. I also had additional splash guards and leaf guards installed. Their team was very efficient at installing the gutters and they work as well as I hoped. I have very obviously rotten wood in two areas behind the gutters. I had discussed this with both the person that came out to quote the job in advance, and with the crew lead before they started work, and a 2nd time with the crew lead as they were putting up the gutters later in the day. One of the rotten pieces is in the middle of a 30 foot run of gutters. I called one of the managers after the gutters were installed, and they sent a single person to try to correct this issue. The service tech was able to repair the rotten wood after the multiple trips."
