We are a company with a few employees dedicated on focusing on the details for our clients to ensure quality and satisfaction. We believe in providing a one on one, personal experience with our client but we have no issues with collaborating with contractors and designers. Free estimates and flat designs are always available. Our product is 100% American made.

"Badly. Craftsmanship was poor and didn't finish the job. Damaged the new vanity doors that he built on installation. When asked to repair the doors and come back we never heard back from him again."

"One workman was sent over to fix leak. Work took one hour, for which we were charged $1600. We thought we had an emergency situation. THE COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. Even if the work was done properly, The fee for one hour of work is outrageous"

Nature Floors LLC is a family-owned hardwood floor installation company with a spotless reputation and more than 17 years of successful experience in this line of work. Our dedicated team is well-prepared to provide you with a large selection of flooring options that will definitely suit your preferences, taste, and demands.

"I consulted Nature Floors to advise on what to do to repair my wood floors. A few areas had lightened from normal wear and tear and some areas started splintering. I was told by Nature Floors that my floors needed to be buffed and sealed twice. The work was done and within days I noticed that unlike before every scratch was showing. I contacted the company, and I was told that the actual wood was not being scratched but the seal and that this is what should be expected. They stated that although there were scratches in the seal the actual wood was protected. I shared that this outcome was not discussed when I was advised on how to repair the floors. I would have never agreed to the work had I been told your wood will be protected but it is going to look awful because it will show every scratch due to the seal. I was advised to go to a wood store to see if they could suggest a cleaner or something that would lessen the look of the scratches. A few weeks later as the scratches multiplied, I reached out to another wood company. They came out to inspect the work and immediately stated that my floors were not done properly. According to the expert, Nature Floors did not use proper inter-coat abrasion for the seal to bond properly to the floor. I was also told that they could not find evidence that the floors had been buffed or that a second seal was put on the floor. They also stated that due to the nature of my engineered wood floors they should not have opted to buff or seal it at all. They stated that my floors could not be repaired and would need replaced. And to add insult to injury I was told that I was overcharged. I immediately reached out to Nature Floors and shared what I had learned. I asked them to return my money to go towards the purchase and installation of new floors. I was told they needed to contact their lawyers and come and take pictures. I stated that I did not trust them to advise me on anything regarding my floors and I only wanted the money I spent returned. They refused to return my money and I am considering litigation. In addition, on a side note, but speaking to their lack of professionalism, when they arrived the first morning to do the job, they brought 2 children with them which I felt was unprofessional. I left the house and forgot something, so I quickly returned to find one of the children using my daughter’s bathroom. The poor child was so embarrassed, so I quickly left and immediately texted Val and asked him to please have anyone working in the house to use the guest bathroom in the basement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional, they do not stand by their work, I was overcharged, the service provided did not meet industry standards and they have refused to do the right thing and return my money! FAQs for stone slab countertops installation (granite, marble, quartz, etc) projects in Lancaster, OH

Soapstone countertops are durable, environmentally friendly, easy to maintain, non-porous, heat-resistant, and naturally antibacterial. They resist stains and cracks, making them a practical and long-lasting choice. However, soapstone has limited color options and can have visible seams in larger installations. It may also scratch or chip if not handled carefully and tends to have a higher initial cost than other materials. Overall, if you're looking for a functional and aesthetically pleasing countertop, soapstone is a solid choice despite these minor drawbacks.

Soapstone countertops typically come in light to dark gray, often with blue or green undertones. One of the unique features of soapstone is that it deepens in color over time, developing a rich patina that adds to its charm. Each slab is unique, with natural streaks and veining that become more pronounced as the countertop ages, giving your kitchen or bathroom a dynamic and evolving look.

With proper care, soapstone countertops can last 50 years or more. Regular cleaning with mild detergents and occasional applications of mineral oil to enhance the natural patina will keep your countertops looking beautiful. Thanks to its durable nature, soapstone stands up well for daily use, making it a wise long-term investment for your home.

Sealing isn't necessary for soapstone countertops. Soapstone is naturally non-porous and antibacterial, resists stains, and doesn't harbor bacteria. While you don't need to seal it, applying mineral oil occasionally can enhance its natural beauty and help develop a rich patina over time. This simple maintenance keeps your countertop looking its best for years to come.
