"I needed a new roof to satisfy the Insurance company (my existing roof was 28 years old). Called Home Run Roofing at 5pm on Monday, scheduled the rep for the next morning. Thorough inspection of all roofing components, discussed price, color etc. They happened to have a cancellation on Friday (today). The work crew arrived and quickly dispatched the old roof, had the barriers in place, ridge vent installed shingles placed and total cleanup of the site by just after 2pm. Amazing! "Agreed upon services were competitively priced and completed in a timely fashion. However, the Blue Ribbon Exteriors installation team should be very careful with existing home features that they come into contact with. Many of the original flashing, gutters, and trim features of the home were damaged when the project was completed. Also, scaffolding that was installed at the rear of the home was not properly stabilized and supported which collapsed (in wind) and damaged an existing composite deck. Although, the roof looked good when it was done and there has not been any leaking issues or shingle loss in the past year. The "Would you hire again" question should have a "Maybe" option which I surely would select after this experience."

"We asked Jonathan to make a modification to the roof on our deck.  Jonathan built the deck and roof for us in November 2013 and we have been super happy with it.  However, we decided that we wanted a different kind of trim around the perimeter of the soffit.  Jonathan did an excellent job and actually didn't charge us anything!  You can tell that Jonathan takes great pride in his work.  We continue to get compliments on our deck and many neighbors have asked us to refer them to Jonathan for projects at their homes.
