"We did a sewer video scoping. He ended up having to remove a toilet, cut a bolt and replace it to have a good access point. He didn't charged us extra for that, he was very through and even cleaned after he was done! He was also very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. We will be hiring him again for more work that will need to be done. Will definitely recommend him!"

"Tore checked that everything inside the toilet was working properly, and then prepared to reset the toilet to verify that the wax seal was tight under the toilet as well. This particular toilet had been installed less than two years ago by another plumbing company, and we had been skeptical about the quality of their installation, especially since they had used several wedges under the edge of the toilet to try to make it level with the floor. When Tore lifted the toilet up to start the resetting process, he discovered that the wax seal from the 2016 installation had been poorly done, and that was the source of our sewer gas leak. Tore re-installed the toilet with a tighter seal, and only required one small wedge to level it with the floor. We were very impressed with Tore's professionalism and his honesty. He is knowledgeable and efficient. We would definitely contact Queen City Plumbing again, and specifically request to work with Tore."

We called on a Friday evening and they were here within an hour for an estimate. It was more than We expected to pay when first quoted, but as We have learned from past experience- you typically get what you pay for. After needing to run and get parts, it was late so the work was scheduled for the following day. Mr. Williams is doing a great thing by teaching his young sons and nephew the trade of plumbing. The teenage boys were very respectful and polite. We were glad to be a part of such an endeavor of a father passing on a trade/gift to his children (if only for a moment). Mr.Williams went above and beyond what he was called to do by actually removing the old vanity for us and giving us plumbing tips for other issues that we plan to address in the future.
