"Unfortunately our first appointment the technician did not show. When I finally called they had no explanation as to why except they were running behind (appt was to be 10 - 12, I called at 4 p.m. so there was no call prior to give status.). Because I wanted the work done we scheduled for the next day. Once the technician came (40 minutes late) he looked and quoted. The quote was rather high, but again I just wanted the job done. He did do a great job installing the toilet and disposing of the old toilet so I would recommend the service, however the customer service and price were not as I hoped."

"We did a sewer video scoping. He ended up having to remove a toilet, cut a bolt and replace it to have a good access point. He didn't charged us extra for that, he was very through and even cleaned after he was done! He was also very reasonably priced and knowledgeable.
