It could have been a huge mess but he took care to keep the dust confined and cleaned up thoroughly everyday. He was flexible about making design changes along the way and fair about charges for those changes. He also offered helpful input. He’s very competent and takes pride in his work. We also never had to wonder whether he was going to show up because he showed up EVERYDAY. We wound up asking him to also remodel a section of our basement and add a powder room, install pocket doors, upgrade the electric, frame a large picture window… We believe our decision to hire Steve was the right one."
