"I finally just used them the other day actually. It was less than satisfactory. Patrick himself was very good but the few people he had working with him, I didn't know if one of them actually did any work while she was in the room. We were in a hurry because we had a graduation to go to and I needed to get ready, I realized they hadn't dusted upstairs and downstairs. Then the mirrors in all our bathrooms were all smeared. The rooms that Patrick cleaned were immaculate and when I asked him to correct something, he corrected it extremely well. I just didn't get to go over everything that the other people cleaned like the knickknacks and whatever that where on my daughter's dresser and stuff, they were still full of dust, kind of like a quick swipe like my kids could have done. Even when I asked him afterwards how much he would charge on a monthly basis, he said 130. That was definitely the worst crew we've had out there but Patrick was great. The worst overall job we've had done. They were professional enough."

We needed six closet to be built. They did revisions on two occasions. They were exceptional. "I was very impressed from the start, when Joe explained how his business worked.  He answered the phone right away, and said he had availability to move us on a date we requested, which was a Sunday afternoon, 2 weeks away.
He explained how his business worked, with different scenarios, where we could drive the U-haul, or have them drive.  By using the U-haul truck system, we believe we saved a great deal of money.  
I completed an online questionnaire, which allowed us to tell them the inventory to be moved, so they can get a sense of the size of the job.  The questionnaire was simple and easy to complete.
Once Joe received and reviewed our survey, he called back the same day, and gave me an estimate of cost, and options for dates and times.  He e-mailed us a breakdown of the cost, and suggestions for moving, which were very clear and helpful.
The day of the move went smoothly.  They called and gave an estimate of the time they could meet us at U-haul. My husband met them there, filled out the paperwork, and they drove the van to our house.  Casper was the main contact, and his crew worked quickly and efficiently.  They were courteous and professional.  When they packed the truck and unloaded the items into our storage space, my husband was impressed with their ability to load everything securely in these small spaces.  We were worried that we didn't have enough room, but they were able to make it work, and were very organized.  
We highly recommend them, and would do business with them again.

"I could not do the work myself and struggled to find someone to help me. I found Brian here on Angie's List. He stopped by to look at the closets and we scheduled time for him to come out and do the work. He was on time and professional. Best of all he was patient with me and allowed me to go through a lot of items individually while I said keep, donate & he helped me find an old Fendi handbag that kind of got lost over the years. He filled up the truck and I followed him to Salvation Army where I got a receipt for over 30 bags of clothes, shoes, cookbooks etc. I will definitely hire Brian again and would recommend him if you simply need to de-clutter and and have less stress in your life. Yes, having 4 empty closets is a good feeling & knowing all those snow boots, winter coats, dresses, etc are going to someone who needs them instead of sitting in my closet is a good feeling too. "Mark and Adam did an AMAZING job! If I could give them a score from 1-10, it would be a 20! They found many issues where things were done wrong in the 80 years since the house was built and they fixed every one from the floor joists being un-level, to electric wiring run outside the wall to the sink drain being piped wrong. They were both so professional and precise with all there work. They did a new floor, new cabinets, backsplash tiles, new plumbing, new outlets, new back door and screen door. And they were so reasonably priced! Everything is awesome and I will definitely be hiring them again. I wish I could post before and after pictures!"
