"Everyone was lovely to work with.  All the crews who came to the house were very nice.  The end results were also lovely for the most part.  The cabinets are beautiful, but we do have some chipping of paint on the cabinets already which is disappointing since they are only a few months old.  The fireplace looks great.  The new windows are great.  We did have some leaking the first time it rained but they came back and caulked to fix that problem and also sanded and painted some of the damage to the cabinets.  We were very pleased with their prompt response to that issue.
As I said, they were lovely to work with, but communication was a challenge.  I wasn't clear on who my point of contact was supposed to be so I felt like I was bugging Vicky but I wasn't sure if that was part of her job.  I had to call a lot to find out when things were going to be completed.  I had to really stay on top of what still needed to be done and remind them.  We ran into a couple miscommunications. For example, we assumed that they would reinstall the appliances they pulled out of the kitchen as part of the scope of work but that was extra.  We also asked for a final walk through to go over the work done.  There were a lot of little issues that made the project look unfinished or unpolished.  Most of those were fixed in that final walk through. 
Overall I would recommend them but I would encourage customers to be super specific in the initial contract and plan to be a project manager throughout the process.  I would also ask for a final walk through to have them correct anything that doesn't look right.

"Mark Fry is a craftsman.   He fill with epoxy all joints and cracked woods.   He stripped paint to bare wood and sanded, cut-to-fit new birch panels between the stretchers.   When finished,  he sealed the bench with teak finish.    It is beautifully restored,  ready for another 100 years of use.

"Diamand cabinitry showed up to give us an estimate on all the work that we were looking to get done. They came up with a design to work with the difficult nook in the living room next to the fireplace, and we fell in love. While the entertainment center was being built, the painter came in and went to work on refinishing our kitchen cabinets to an antique white. We were more than happy with his work, and the result was exactly as we envisioned. Shortly after, the entertainment center started to get installed. The entertainment center looked great, and was custom built to house a specific 80" TV that we had in mind. We ran into a little trouble though with the flow from the entertainment center to the fireplace mantle. The center itself was cutting off part of the look of the great mantle they built, and we expressed our concerns. They quickly went back to the drawing boards, and came back with a quick fix. It now looks great. The entertainment center and fireplace were painted to match the kitchen cabinets and everything looks great. The built in cabinets in the family room went in without a hitch and we love those too. All in all, we are very satisfied with the work done.
