I only accept payment when the job is done and the home owner is happy. I am a middle school teacher and do painting work when not teaching. After seeing their excellent work on a neighbor's home, as well as other positive reviews on Angie's List we contacted them for a complete repainting of our house, including a detached three car garage and some interior walls and trim. From the very first meeting with Kevin, one of the co-owners, we knew we were in good hands. All their crew members are regular employees, not sub-contractors. One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. "Sanchez Painting did some work for us a couple of years ago. We liked their work back then and made a point of keeping their information in case we needed them in the future. "Three Star Painting proposal was inline with the others and his estimated project duration of four days was precise.  A 3-man crew arrived at 8:15 am each day and worked until 4: pm.  The craftsmanship and attention-to-detail stood out for the entire project. Everything was masked off and properly prepped before final coats were applied.
Extraordinary cleanup at the end of day four and all planters and furniture were returned to original locations. Great job guys! - Thanks

"Highly recommend Best builders group! We originally contracted them to remodel our master bath room and during the remodeling, we were very happy with how they work and manage our remodeling project that we decided to also remodel our kitchen while the other remodeling was in progress. Zohar had wonderful ideas and solutions which ended up with a superb job and more than that… a lot more above our expectations! The kitchen remodeling project was a hard project because they had to do some structural modifications to the ceiling by raising it up to be leveled with in our entry ceiling which at the end, it create a large entrance, modernizing the living room and kitchen by opening walls, tearing the old floor, removing the old fireplace while building a modern and classic new fireplace. This remodeling project allow us to develop a trust relationship with Zohar and his team. During the work and even before the work started, Zohar helped us with all the design ideas and helped us stay within our budgets and all the people who were involved in the work, were honest enough when they felt they could not do something. Our trust and respect was earned by them without any doubts. We highly recommend them with confidence and we look forward to hire them for any future projects!"

"Was Referred to Color Craft by a friend.  Brett came out and looked at my home.  He looked at my home and gave me a very fair estimate.  His workers were very good about prepping the surfaces before painting.  The finished product looks great, we are very pleased.  Brett was very good about answering question throughout the entire project.  We would refer Color Craft to all our friends."

"THE QUALITY OF THE DOOR/TRIM/PAINTING WAS WONDERFUL. IT WAS A TOTAL TURNKEY  PROJECT THAT WENT WELL AS FAR AS I KNOW!   I STARTED WITH  A QUOTE ON MARCH 23RD AND THE CUSTOM DOOR WAS INSTALLED ABOUT JUNE 11TH.  JULIO AND PAULO DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING AND MAKING MINOR ADJUSTMENTS. THERE WERE MANY PHONE CALLS GENERATED FROM BOTH SIDES.  THEIR GRADE FOR "RESPONSIVENESS" WOULD HAVE BEEN A "D" IF IT WEREN'T FOR CAROL ANN!  SHE IS AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY.
I DID NOT REALIZE THE HARDWARE ON MY GUEST ROOM NEEDED ADJUSTMENT UNTIL I HAD GUESTS THE MIDDLE OF JUNE.  THEY WERE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AND I DIDN'T CALL CSM ABOUT IT UNTIL THEY LEFT. (WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT OUR SCHEDULE WAS FROM DAY TO DAY!)  SOMEONE FROM CSM WAS TO COME JULY 24TH IN THE AFTERNOON FOR THIS MINOR ISSUE.  NO ONE CAME OR HAS CALLED SINCE.  I'LL GET A HANDYMAN TO ADJUST THE DOOR.
EXCEPT FOR COMMUNICATION, THIS WAS A SUCCESSFUL PROJECT AND I'M HAPPY WITH CSM.  I LOVE MY NEW DOORS!
