"I hired Make it Drain to fix my leaking toilet because my regular plumber was unavailable. I spoke with the main office and was told that a repairman would be at my house within an hour. After an hour and with no repairman in sight or call to explain his absence, I called the office back. I was told that the repairman had to get a part and that's why it was taking so long. The repairman finally showed up two hours after my initial call and promptly left again to get another part -- for which he added an additional $50 to the original quote. The work was completed and they did come back the following day when the toilet still wasn't fixed. But they could not detect any problem and left. The best thing about this experience is that it has renewed my already-considerable confidence in my regular plumber. Should I have an urgent matter in the future, I will wait until he is available. He is more reliable than Make it Drain (he comes when he says he will) and he is much more reasonably priced."

There were only about two of them here at a time and they come do whatever they have to do and then, the construction crew came in after them and did what they had to do. "Noel showed up on a Saturday and unclogged our kitchen sink in an hour. We had tried everything we knew to do and even took all the pipes apart under the sink to try and find the problem. When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome. They replaced all of our old pipes and snaked the lines to the outside And all for under $300. We will definitely use him again and are planning to use him to power was all of our pipes soon."

After the system instalation, function test, old water softener packed and area cleaned.
