"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"George emailed me two days beforehand to setup a time. I give him a two hour window that worked for him. He came promptly at 8:30 am, Monday morning, 11/28/16, and left at 12:30 pm. He came inside with his toolbox and started right away on assembling my two small tables. They have been sitting in a box for over one year. George also installed some 3 doorknob sets but needed to make adjustments with the door frames so two doors could close properly. He also installed much needed rack on my bedroom door to hang all my dog leashes and harnesses. The window covering hardware in the Master bedroom was changed out also. He took measurements when needed. He was accurate and did not make unnecessary or incorrectly placed holes in the plaster walls for installation. George does excellent work and is efficient. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him for future services."

"I recently had a kitchen drain snaked by Top Contender drain specialist Inc. They did a great job. I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent. When they work in apartments that are occupied by tenants I always get a happy response from the tenants because everything gets fixed right and they clean up their work after they're done. I've even hired them to work on my home and my parents home. I have no hesitation in recommending them, recently they showed up on a holiday weekend with a smile and took care of my clogged drain that was affecting three different apartments. Because they were willing to show up at a difficult time it made the weekend nice for everybody and I appreciate that."

"They were good. It was fine as it was pretty simple. They also do handymen work and other things. I was going to try them for something in the house, but they were quite pricey. Their price was very high for the interior work but it was fine for picking up the construction stuff."

Will walked around the perimeter with me, as many of the contractors did, pointing out and showing the necessary issues, and the same on the interior of the house. But he went a step further and actually realigned my sliding glass door so that it would shut properly. I was very impressed with his skill and his kindness.
Will explained that he would put in place at the foundation and push helical piers down 10? to secure the room and the back end of the
house. Then he would cut out the old slab up to 3 to 4?from the perimeter, drill and secure the new rebar into the remaining slab at the perimeter, and level everything out. He then would slowly lift the room just a little and fill in the underneath gap with slush cement. He also, at the far corner of the patio which is attached to the house, was going to lift it slightly and force slush cement underneath to keep it from settling again. I liked the idea of the new slab and covering all the bases even the patio.
Although I decided to wait until the spring and make another evaluation of my problem at that time, I want to recommend Will Crawford very highly. He went out of his way to help and assist at every level. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. His company,
