completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.

The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had

"The job took several days to complete and Lee worked with me and my work schedule.  The finshed ceiling looks great, you can't tell that there was once a hole there.  He was able to repair a small portion of the ceiling without having to paint the entire ceiling which saved me at least several hundred dollars.  Lee makes sure that you are satisfied with the work he has completed.  I am very satisfied with the result and will be using Lee in the future.

Damage was causing floor sagging and instability in the foundation of the home. (It failed several inspections). I was trying to sell the home and had to have the problem fixed. I had several estimates from general contractors in the Camden area. ALL of them wanted to fix the problem by going through the interior floors to get to the support beams. I did an online request to have an estimate from Canty Foundation. From the initial contact with William Yarbrough/Sales to the Onsite foreman Jonathan Driggers I was impressed. This is a 100 year old home and going thru the inside floors would have created damage that would have been difficult to fix. CANTY did all the work from the crawl space. They were professional and work was completed on time. The home passed all 3 inspections and I completed the sale. When you have a foundation problem I learned to call the experts. AMAZING job guys!!!!!"

"I had some water leaking into my house whenever it rained hard, after finding out it wasn't the roof I called them to look at the foundation. He came when he said he would and was pleasant and professional. He told me the foundation was fine it was the siding being loose around the windows. He took the time to show me what I had to have fixed on the siding even tho he didn't have to go out of his way to help me find the problem. It is good to see that kind of honesty in a business.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"I just had a new roof put on my house 2 years ago and I noticed a couple spots in the ceiling where it had been leaking.
Steve came out and went in the attic and found the problem right away. He and his crew went to work that afternoon and replaced the rotten plywood and fixed the shingles. I have not had a problem with it since then. Very professional and polite.
