"Called for an estimate for a leak i was having. Thei lead Tony came out to do an estimate. He pointed out another issue I was having with an adjacent wall when he came. When Randy called to give the estimate The price was a little high and I asked if that price included the other issue Tony pointed out, he said yes and explained they would be here for 2-3 day doing the work. So i agreed to the estimate. They came out to fix the original issue were here for half a day Said they were finished and when they got done they again pointed out the adjactent wall and said it needed to be addressed. I explained Randy said it was when he gave me the estimate, Tony said it wasnt in his note but they agreed to came back a second day to try a temporary fix. They ground out some mortar, said they couldnt do anything left it ground out and said it would be an additional 15k to fix it properly. I would have never agreed to the initial estimate had randy not told me they would be doing the other wall."
