He went to work immediately and didn't stop until the new Liftmaster opener was installed. Despite below zero temperatures, he got the opener installed and did not short cut his explanation at the end of installation. He thoroughly explained how everything works and how we should maintain our opener, door springs and hinges. He provided our instruction book and also explained that the instructions were also on the unit itself. The opener seems to be working perfectly. Really terrific experience. "We have a mortise lock on our antique front doors and it is very tricky to install. I had the lock set (from Balwin) removed and re- plated changing it from brass to nickel. I thought I could re install it myself but couldn't. I call Suburban Lock because I used them before and was very happy. They came out in two hours after my call because they were close and I think they thought it would be a quick job. As I said, the lock is tricky and it took the installer about 3 hours to get it all working right. He did not give up even though it was now dark and well past his dinner time. He finished and charged for only the time it should have taken him. I don't plan on ever taking the lock off again. <br />"
