"Jeff was a true professional. He was available immediately on a Saturday afternoon. We were not getting adequate flow to our two refrigerator water dispensers. We needed to replace the two water line compression self-tap saddle valves with new cut-in tees and shutoff valves. If you have any of these self-tap compression saddle valves on any of your water lines, REPLACE THEM NOW! They are not to code. They can be a ticking time-bomb. They do not puncture an adequately sized hole in the connecting water line, and the valve is prone to leaking which can lead to expensive repairs in the future when it fails. Now our refrigerator flow problem is fixed and our dispensers work perfectly."
