"My 20 year old vinyl siding started leaking 4 years ago. I tried troubleshooting myself, calling a window repair guy, then a gutter guy, but the leak continued. I posted my issue on Angie and got a quick call back from Juan Carlos. He came out and immediately saw the issue regarding how flashing (missing) at an intersecting roof line will degrade the underlying sheeting and leak over time. Juan Carlos 's crew were out the same week I received the estimate and completed a two story replacement of OSB sheeting, wrap and new new vinyl siding, all in 2 days. Workmanship was impressive."

"After a very painful and 2 1/2 year long, and incomplete experience with another replacement window company, we needed to find a new company for our project. Thank goodness we paid that company nothing. BSSW met with my wife and I, and gave us a bid, which we agreed to. We were told it might be 8 to 12 weeks for fabrication and delivery. We were pleasantly surprised when they called after about 6 weeks and said the windows would be in the next day. We scheduled installation for the following Monday. They arrived when they said they would and did a quick walk through to make sure all the windows were the correct size, (unlike our previous contractor). Now, it was time to get to work. They were clean, polite, and precise during installation. So good to work with, again, (unlike our previous contractor). Jeff stopped by late morning to check on the progress, and I told him how I had such a good feeling as soon as the crew showed up, again, (unlike our previous contractor). What was originally going to be a two day installation, was completed in one long day. Nice work guys. These guys went the extra mile to make this a good experience. They even delivered the windows they removed back to, you guessed it, (our previous contractor). I would really like to mention their name but I'd get in trouble. All in all, it was a great day, and we will do business again with BSSW. Thanks again."

I had so much anxiety the week of construction, not knowing what they'd find tearing off siding on a 66 year old house. Cliff was so patient and walked us through every issue that came up. "I entered a review back in July 2013. The quality of the windows (Atrium) are very good and providing needed helpful insulation from the elements. The demo and installation went pretty smoothly. The really only major complaint I had was the crew's attention to detail, and their final clean-up was not as good as out it could/should have been. Also, the crew got white caulking on my newly installed black roofing shingles, at the front of my home, which can still be seen."
