I picked this company because Scott Maeder said he would scrub my house, not just power wash it. I know from experience that power washing alone will not remove 20 years of stains. They sprayed on a solution first. He then actually uses a brush with a bucket of solution to scrub all the siding. The finale step was to power wash the entire house. Did it all come out perfect? No, some stains are permanent but it is much, much cleaner."
