"I felt the need to write this review, although technically Greg and I have never done business. In the recent round of rain storms, my sump pump stopped working as it is supposed to, and I ended up with about 5 inches of groundwater in the basement. I was able to get the sump pump working again, but 3 days after it stopped raining, I was still getting a lot of water in the pit. I found a sticker for Contractors Waterfproofing, and figured they might of installed the system for the old owners, so I gave them a call. From the moment he picked up Greg was service oriented and responsive. He asked for my address to look up the job, and when he couldn't find it, he called back within 5 minutes to ask what was going on. I explained the problem, and he immediately told me that was normal for my part of town, and told me I just needed to replace the pump and I would be fine. He offered me a price that was half what his competitors charge, and was willing to explain the whole job in detail."

"Alfonso showed up promptly for my free estimte which he provided in writing. He told me when the necessary part arrived to call him to install it which I did. He then installed it as promised in under when ordered. He also was very curtius as well. I had gotten other estimates and was told by 1 company to rip up my whole bathroom for over $3000 when all I needed was to change the faucet!!!! I would recommend him to any of you too."

Repaired leaky 2nd floor tub, installed new piping, caulked around tub, tested plumbing repairs for addl leaks, capable of 1st floor ceiling repairs after plumbing was replaced. Addl work performed - cleaned grease traps snd jet cleaned piping from house to sewer. Completed work on time, explained billing, explained follow up work. I will be hiring them again."
