"I worked as a sub contractor on a Walmart project in Fulton NY for SGTR LLC. I?ll start off by saying my company still hasn?t been paid by Eli or his company. All work performed by us, matched the blue prints and everything was to spec. After about 90 days without payment we decided to terminate the contract, we were contracted for a net 45 on all payments. We?ve been owed a significant amount of money for 9 months now.
