"Bill, the owner, was quick to set up a time. The job actually occurred at the time of the initial visit to the home sine apparently it was not big job. Dean, who did the job, stated he could do it now sine it was not a big deal and he was already here. Overall, glad that I said yes. In less than 2 hours, the left behind, cancerous-looking drywall along the edges of recently installed splash back was no longer. While I would have welcome Dean painting the area as well, he stated he plastered walls, he did not paint them, and smiled. Bill, the owner, visited the site just prior to Dean wrapped up the job. If you welcome Average Joe’s doing good quality work, call them. Hopefully, you will be pleased too."

"I'm so pleased with the work Marbin and his team did in my home. They took care of drywall repairs in the ceiling and wall adjacent to my electrical panel, including paint and popcorn finish. I can't tell where the damaged parts were. It looks really good. The second part of the project included installing access panels in my pantry to access the washer/dryer on the other side of the wall. It was more complicated than the average installation. Marbin came up with a great solution! Marbin and his team took care to protect my hardwood floors before they got started. Once they were finished, they did an excellent job cleaning up. They are of course highly skilled at drywall and ceiling work and they textured our walls and removed popcorn ceilings a few months ago. This latest job in our kitchen included installing a stack bond tile backsplash, which of course is an unforgiving tile pattern because you can see all the rows and columns aligned. Martin and Claudia took the time to keep everything straight even though our floors, countertops and walls were imperfect. They also installed floating shelves and the hood over the oven. Including support backing before they installed the tile. They are reliable, good hard workers and always produce amazing results. We hope to work with them again."

"From the beginning Jonathan (Miguel) was very upfront about what needed to be done. He made sure I was involved in every decision. We had to make quite a few changes from what was discussed before the job was started. I ended up replacing the whole bathroom. Of course the price went up considerably. I compared the price of the job to other similar jobs and I feel that the cost was fair. There was a different team for each aspect of the job (tile, drywall, painting etc.) Every team was expletives and professional. They were very good about clean up.
