That is the type of company you have here! Trent and Daylon were very thorough in hydro-jetting my main sewer line. They also cleaned out the filter that goes from my septic to my drainfield. (Which was the above and beyond part.) Wasn't charged for that:) Pricing was very reasonable! "Maybe this is the standard charge for plumbing, but an hour and 45 minutes costs $441.17. $189 for clearing a stoppage and another $189 for putting a few parts on my toilet on a Wednesday morning. I was at work when it was done but talked to Nerf on the phone. Rather unpleasant fellow - he refused to believe me when I told him I saw water coming from the toilet base. He said the wax seal was OK, but offered no other explanation. Called Slaughter on two occasions two weeks apart. Both plumbers they sent argued and left the jobs unfinished (one did not cap the cut-out behind the house correctly and left the hole unfilled, the other guy only caulked three sides of the toilet and did not line the tank up correctly). I finished both their jobs. Sub standard quality and service at a premium price. Not the kind of people I would deal with again."
