I was pleased with it but they couldn't really do totally what I wanted done but it wasn't their fault, it was just the house, they couldn't get under it because the house was too close to the house. The first weekend they tried to do it but it took them a couple of times out to get it done but that really wasn't their fault. I thought the price was fair. I hadn't really shop with other people but I'm okay with the price. As far as I know, the quality is pretty good but I haven't gone underneath. I'd recommend them."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "Mr. Ortiz did an excellent job on our fence that was literally falling apart. He came out, gave us an estimate, and was even able to save us money by salvaging what he could from our old fence. He worked around our schedule and provided us with a fair price. The estimate was given to us up front so there were no surprises.
