Uniquely our last name is Masoner, masonry has been in our family for generations. We normally would not use sub-contractors unless the job included a multitude of work where extra help may be needed in most cases no job is too big. Masoner and sons consists of a total of 5 employees, we are a family owned and operated business. Our rates are based on a competitive hourly rate for labor, materials are separate, in the cost of materials any trip charges to pick up supplies as well as required building permits will be added into the cost of materials. If our company and the prospective customer is in agreement on potientialy hiring Masoner and sons for their masonry or design needs a proposal is drawn up that is signed by the customer as well as our company that protects both our company and the the customer. There can be a fee for an estimate for large jobs and or a trip charge for out of a 25 mile radius. If our services are initiated the fee will be deducted off of the grand total. For small estimates there is no charge.(unless out of traveling radius). Award winning.

"I found out in November I had leak in my 17yr. old roof and would require a new roof hopefully before winter. I called Byers Construction on a Saturday and Ron promptly called me back in a few hours. He came out that following Monday to look over the job and he said he would email me an estimate. The estimate came in a few days and explained everything his crew would do and an itemized break-down of all materials and labor. His crew showed up on a Friday at the time mentioned and worked very hard until the job was done. I called Ron the next day with a few issues to be fixed and he said he would send out Ben on Monday. Ben showed up at 8am. and I explained to him the issues and he fixed them until I was completely happy. This is a company that just doesnt disappear after the job is done. Ron and his team go above and beyond to satisfy the customer and this kind of service is hard to find now days. Ron was even nice on the phone when I was "not so nice" about the little issues. In closing Ben is a huge asset to this company. Thanks Ron"

"We hired dusty bros to clean our dryer vent. The quoted price was $160, which seemed a little pricey, but we are probably about 30 mins away so it could have included a trip charge. We were told the price ahead of time so we knew the cost going into it. They discovered our dryer vent was not only clogged, but poorly routed and not up to code. So they cleaned and replaced our vent and brought it up to code for $350, which seemed very reasonable. After that, we did have some problems with significant humidity when we ran the dryer so they came back out to check it out. The venting had come off in the back so they fixed it up and now everything’s running great! They came back out to fix it free of charge. We would definitely recommend."
