I offer the removal and installation of both simple and decorative concrete (Broom, Stamped, Exposed finish, etc...) I specialize in flatwork (i.e. patios, porches, and driveways) I will not overcharge and my work always comes out clean. My business is new, but I have been in this industry for 5 years and have poured millions of sq. ft. of concrete and learned from those who have done it for much longer. "I purchased a home that was built in 1980.  As a part of updating this home, I wanted to modernize the fireplace, which was very dated looking.   It's very hard to find anyone with expertise in this area, however, upon contacting Jesse Noriega, he advised that he had people who could handle my projects.
The representative that came out was Everardo Leon, who listened to what I wanted done and assured me that they could handle the job.  The first job tackled was the fireplace.  I opted for a stacked stone and they had me go to their supplier and select the type and color of stone that i wanted.  There was a little issue of pieces cracking after the initial installation, however, upon inspection, both Everardo Leon and Jessie Noriega indicated that they would make it right.  They did just that.      The end product was beautiful.
Do's:    Make sure you ask questions as to the pro's/con's of the stone you select.  I didn't ask enough.  I am happy with the result,
however, if I had it to do over again, I'm not sure I would have opted for this stone, as the pieces were difficult to align and fit  together.
Don't:  Don't settle.  You are spending alot of money and you should be satisfied with the end result.

"We informed  him the baseboards were the most important.  After painting the laundry room and hallway he took a 1/2 hour  lunch break.  When he returned he gave the laundry room a second coat and spent 2 1/2 hours in there with the door closed (7ft x7ft room) ???!!  He informed us he did not have enough time to paint the baseboards.  We were so upset that we painted the 25ft of baseboards while he finished the soffit.  We feel he had enough time to paint the small amount of area that we requested.

"Craig was our salesperson he was great but needs to always bring a calculator. We were going to use the tiles they have in stock and add specialty for the steps but when we got to the tile place he referred we found the perfect tile to go around the whole pool. I asked if he would discount since we would provide our own tiles and he was fine with it. Our only issue with that is the person they send to collect the check did not have the paperwork with him and I told him the amount should have a 170. discount and he said to pay the full amount and the office would take care of any difference right away. I have been waiting 4 weeks and each time I call the offce either Margie or Kim said they forgot to call the main office in CA to request the check to be sent. The deck around the pool was left a little messy and has plaster and chalking on the new cool deck we just had done. Note to always have the pool done first then decking but that was done by another company a few months earlier. The process it self was really painless they were in and out so fast we couldnt believe it was already done. The pool looks beautiful and we couldnt be happier. We did a lot of shopping around and they did have the best price and Craig was very honest and upfront about everything. I think he is a good sales person no high pressure we actually had him first look at the pool in Jan and we finally decided to go ahead late March. Yes we have and will refer the company. The check reimbursement is an annoyance but Im sure Craig will take care of it. I also want to say as far as the pool resurfacing all A's across the board the lower scores for professionalism and responsiveness is due to having to chase the overpayment.
