We have been servicing the community since 2015, but our foundation goes much deeper. Daniel Rossal began his construction career in 2003, when Daniel bought his first Dump Truck. He started working with many Excavations, Communication, and General Contracting companies. That opened his eyes to the endless possibilities in the construction industry. Any opportunity Daniel got to learn hands-on, visualize, and ask questions he took advantage of the situation every time. As he gained experience, he began buying heavy machinery and learning how to properly operate the machines. As Daniels knowledge grew, he also actively brought his sons into the business.\n\nDaniel and sons began acquiring the necessary licenses to create a legitimate excavation and grading company that takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction.\n

"I called American Brothers Plumbing to install a reverse osmosis under the sink. Everything seemed good. So, when my water heater needed to be replaced. I called them to install one I bought from Home Depot. The same plumber did both jobs. Our kitchen sink is in the corner (bad place). Because of the diamond cabinet in the corner. There is a large space between the cabinet and the wall. The interior of the cabinet was painted with water proofing paint. Because it help the sink. There was a leak between the cabinet wall and the house wall from the install of the reverse osmosis. Which was undetectable from inside the cabinet because of the paint. What made it worse. The only time we went in that cabinet was to change the water filters every 6 months. I noticed that the back wall of the cabinet was budging. I pushed on it and it was completely rotten. I removed the entire back wall of the cabinet and found the leak where the reverse osmosis connects to the valve. As of now, 3 cabinets need to be replaced because of water damage. I called them to let them know what I have found. They sent someone to take a look. He asked me if I had an invoice. I said no. Then the owner said, "I don't believe we did the job". There is only 2 things I want to tell the owner. 1. You should take responsibility for your workers. 2. Or you have someone going around doing work under your name and putting up stickers with your name, logo and phone number on it."

"Put simply, if you aren't using MC Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs, you should be. Woke up this morning to a leak in my garage. A friend recommended MC Plumbing, and when I called at 730am Scott answered the phone on the second ring. He listened to my problem, and arranged to have someone come take a look between 8am and 10am. As I write this, it is still not 10am, and my problem has been fixed. Makay showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and immediately fixed my problem. There was no upselling, and I wasn't charged for anything I didn't need. Honestly, I've dealt with a lot of licensed professionals, and you would be very hard-pressed to find any better than MC Plumbing. My highest possible recommendation!"

"Terrible job. Broke retaining wall and didn’t repair. Sloppy setup. Entire job finished in a few hours and began cracking right away. Rebar sticking up and out of driveway. Driveway has actually broken off in 2 spots. No base put down, even though it was in contract and paid for. I’m questioning whether Ile is actually a licensed contractor. Nearly 20 cracks and breaks in just a few weeks."

FAQs for building site preparation and clearing projects in Las Vegas, NV

A professional team can clear an acre of land in as little as two to twelve hours, depending on your land's condition. You'll need to consider factors like vegetation density, terrain features, and obstacles such as trees, stumps, rocks, or existing structures can increase the time required. If your land is heavily wooded or has uneven terrain, expect the process to take longer and require more effort.

If you're looking to clear land for a pasture, expect to pay between $400 and $600 per acre for forestry mulching or $500 to $5,600 per acre for conventional land clearing. When choosing a method, consider:

  • Forestry Mulching: Leaves organic material in the soil, promoting new ground cover growth.

  • Conventional Clearing: You might lose valuable topsoil during this process.

A land-clearing project typically involves several key steps to prepare your property for construction or landscaping. First, assess your land and obtain any necessary permits from your local building department. Then, professionals use specialized equipment to remove trees, stumps, brush, and vegetation. After clearing, they haul away debris and may perform grading to level the land, ensuring it's ready for your intended use.

Preparing land to build a house typically costs between $1,000 and $4,000, depending on your land's size and condition. This includes clearing space for the foundation, which may involve removing trees, stumps, brush, and leveling or grading the site. Don't forget to budget for additional costs like permits, fees, and installing utility connections such as gas lines, water lines, and sewer mains.
