Soon after I purchased the deal, Chad, the owner of the company, contacted me and we set a date for the service, which conveniently happened to be the next Saturday. I explained why we hired him; i.e., to resolve the problem with our <br /> poorly drafting chimney. He explained all the possible causes and then started the cleaning. He was very careful to cover up the carpeting and nearby furniture. As he cleaned, he determined that the likely cause of our poorly drafting chimney was that the fireplace wasn't deep enough. So he arranged the fake fireplace logs in such a way as to direct the flames toward the back of the fireplace. All things considered, I was very pleased with this service. Chad was knowledgeable about chimneys and fireplaces, and I believe that the problem I hired him to resolve will be taken care of. <br />"
