"RAPOR did a fantastic job. They gave me a deadline of 3 weeks, and they finished exactly on schedule. The scope of the project was huge. I had a similar project done by another company in the past, and it took nearly 3 months. RAPOR accomplished an incredible amount in a fraction of that time: They replaced all the flooring, painted the entire home, installed all the baseboards, repaired the drywall, added a kitchenette, expanded my closet, and helped make several much-needed additions and improvements throughout the property. The transformation is incredible. The home looks completely refreshed and now turns heads. I?m extremely happy with the quality of the work, the speed, and most importantly, the fact that they delivered exactly when they said they would. Highly recommend RAPOR Take a look at some before / after photos. The house sparkles now."

"It was covered by my home warranty.  I have used them before.  The job is completed always.  They make sure that they complete the job.  They do a thorough job."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"Extremely satisfied with the work done, This business takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction I highly recommend Them to anyone looking for quality Work"

"I could not be happier with Build Core. They did an amazing job building my art studio. It was built from the ground up, 40'x40' with lofted ceilings, custom beam trusses, and double-hung windows for good air flow. The builder suggested windows integrated with the wall trusses for better natural light, which turned out beautifully, and deliver the natural light like they said they would. The work was done precisely and in a timely manner. Build Core was courteous throughout and handled all my concerns graciously. I would highly recommend this company!"

"HJ Design Build just finished remodeling our new home. We sold our house in CA and hired HJ Design to renovate our fixer upper in Las Vegas. We couldn t be more excited. Jeff and his team were very helpful every step of the way. Jeff , Hannah and the crew are the most honest, humble people. We were around the crew so much we consider them great friends. Thank you!"

"We work closely with Jon Wilson and his team. I highly recommend Marketplace Homes!"

"This by far exceeded my expectations on ordering from something like this as I had never done so before. From the moment we started they made me feel like I was seasoned pro. They were so knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. Making me feel apart of the process the entire time, always keeping me in the loop and making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. They re-did my entire counter tops, the floor, cabinets and they even painted. Everything looks so professional and clean I am so thankful and happy that I found Premier Home Services on my first go at this. I will defiantly be recommending this to all of my friends and family as well as their friends and family!!"

"Sales - Great sales process, very responsive and very professional.  Joanne, Jeff and Wendy in the showroom and fun, understanding and very patient. Made us feel very comfortable.
Sales Process - Very good, they come to your house to measure, you go to their show room to look at all the materials of the cabinet and get ideas from the stone and hardware samples they have. For the actual countertops, they will go with you to the different showrooms in town as well as for any hardware. I like the idea to purchase everything as possible with them. It makes it much more convenient and one stop shopping.
Tear out - Very good and very fast.
Install - Also pretty good.
Countertops - Took like they said, two weeks. We knew this well in advance, but it was still two weeks. Any and all mistakes that were made they handled it well.
Project Management - Well, I am a stickler for good punctual PM work and told them this in the very beginning that this is the make or break for me. I give this a B to B- because they were very busy at the time. Not sure why, because we did not "rush" our job, we pushed it out a month before we started, so they should have had time to properly plan our dates. We did reorder or change some things which caused delays on our side, but still, the PM side could have been handled with proactive communications, being there and all. You can tell they had too many jobs going on and were short in their ability to control these from a communication side. That being said,  Cole, Rick, Jonathan, Gary and Troy were all great to work with once they were at our place.
Price - You will always find a cheaper price somewhere. I don't think price should be a real issue. It should be your relationship with the designer and then with the PM team. While I was not a happy camper at all with the communications, I was told that they have assigned Wendy to 100% handle the customer service and communication on the jobs that are in process and that will be good as she will get it done.
