"Needed to repair water damage to our bathroom wood floor, repair toilet flange and lay new tile. During the process green and black mold was found. He quickly notified us of the finding setup a vacuum tight barrier to stop the mold spores from spreading throughout the house. He provided pictures of damage for us to send to our insurance. He was unable to complete the job because heâ s not certified in mold removal. He was honest about the ordeal and only charged us for the work completed. I will hire him again on future projects and refer to others!"

"The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.
