"The guys that moved my furniture were great. They were efficient and careful. My problem was behind the scene. Hire GXL then received a call from a competitor who told me of problems with the company I hired. I listened and prepared myself. Sure enough it started. I had wrapped everything in blankets and secured with straps. I've moved these pieces several times like this with no problem with global movers. GXL decided to plastic wrap them charging me $46 for the roll when I had one not 3 ft away for other pieces. They left my house in an hour, moving the furniture 2 miles. No sooner did they leave texted driveway and a supervisor texted me saying I would need to pay for another hour. I explained I had an hour left and felt the team would be done in the hour. I paid for the 2 hours. 5 minutes later the supervisor stating I would have to pay more if they went over the hour. I'm sure they will finish in the hour. The job was finished in 90 minutes, 30 minutes to spare."
