Archie Appliance, Archie, arrived, quickly checked it out and began removing hidden ice buildup that was stopping ice production. He dried all the parts, put it back together and only charged an $85 service fee for his 45 minutes. The next morning, the ice container was 3/4 full. Honest, fair and very knowledgeable. "From the moment I called Mr Appliance I knew I was in good hands! When I called I let them know I needed someone out as soon as possible and they were able to get someone out the very next day, I even got an email the night before my appointment that came with a picture and name of the tech so I knew who to open the door for, which I feel nowadays is so important. The tech showed up on time and even called me before he was heading over just to make sure I was home. Once arriving he laid down a mat at my front door and put on little shoe covers to keep my floors clean, it was a quick fix because luckily they had the parts already on the van and they quoted a very reasonable price for the repair. I was told I also get a 1 year warranty on the part and labor which I hope I don't have to use, its just comforting to have. I will absolutely use Mr Appliance in the future and will let my friends and family know to call them for all their appliance needs!"
