"The service was very quick to completion, lasting maybe a day. The owner and some of the crew did have to return twice to clean up roofing nails in the yard due as we have two dogs and one ended up with a nail in his leg while we were playing. The owner was very apologetic and covered the vet visit via a reduction in the cost of the roofing service. "We have a fairly large roof with four dormers. Eric and his crew performed the work in a five-star manner all the way around. Arrived early, took pains to protect shrubs and bushes, worked very hard and cleaned everything up when they were done. They even saved us money by cutting and piecing pieces of plywood to reduce the number of sheets that were necessary to repair bad parts of the roof deck. Jeff stripped the 28 year old cedar shake shingles and within hours transformed my gazebo to look brand new with asphalt shingles. Eric removed my old house gutters and installed new seamless gutters, then went above & beyond checking and sealing roof vents that needed repair. Two other crew members arrived to help Jeff dispose of old roofing that was tossed on a huge tarp, removed gazebo furniture, then swept gazebo and left all areas clean so it could be enjoyed that evening. I can’t praise this company enough; it was a great transaction from meeting Kevin O’Connell, getting estimate, great communication, follow-up visit and advice for a future job that needs to be completed.
