"The work went extremely well. The company was very responsive and worked around my schedule and need to have solar panels removed prior to the job. The actual roofing crew was highly professional, prompt, and quick. The entire job, from start to finish, was completed in a day. There was no damage to plants around the house and they were scrupulous about removing all waste materials, such as old shingles, nails, etc. after the job was completed. Jeff stripped the 28 year old cedar shake shingles and within hours transformed my gazebo to look brand new with asphalt shingles. Two other crew members arrived to help Jeff dispose of old roofing that was tossed on a huge tarp, removed gazebo furniture, then swept gazebo and left all areas clean so it could be enjoyed that evening. "Armao Brothers Construction, Tim Armao came over to my house the very next day to look at my roof and give me an estimate for repairs. Luckily, it was repairs only and no new roof. Tim was very honest and trust worthy, kept me informed when the previous job they were working on did not finish in time. His workers were also very professional. Took picture of the damage and the repairs. It was nice to do business with them."

"Better Construction Service In late fall I had Fredi and crew replace an old metal roof with new shingles, as well as replacing a small section of moulding on the eves of another roof. He gave me a detailed estimate in the summer and told me that it would take one day to do all of the work. He arrived early on the scheduled date with a big crew who worked busily the entire day. They encountered some wood that needed to be replaced while shingling the roof and did so with minimal addition to the cost and still completed all of the work on that one cold day. Fredi kept me informed of the additions as they came up. Everyone was polite and pleasant and seemed to laugh with each other throughout the day. They left quietly after cleaning the debris thoroughly. I would hire them again without hesitation."

The owner and some of the crew did have to return twice to clean up roofing nails in the yard due as we have two dogs and one ended up with a nail in his leg while we were playing. The owner was very apologetic and covered the vet visit via a reduction in the cost of the roofing service.
