The steps were done to my request and even included a side wall. "I had a few concrete steps that I wanted to have repaired before an upcoming home appraisal. (Also, I was growing increasingly worried that I or my mail carrier were going to twist an ankle.) Because the job was a repair, I had a difficult time finding a company willing to come and give me an estimate. After many calls and either outright rejections or no callbacks, Ken from RJL called me and said he could come out the next day to give me an estimate. He was prompt and his estimate was fair, so I told him to go ahead and put the job on his schedule. He asked me when my appraisal was and worked to finish the repair job before that date. The work was only completed today, but it looks great (way better than the patches the previous homeowner used) and he paid great attention to detail in his work. He was efficient, respectful of my time, and genuinely concerned about the quality of the work he was doing.

"We can't even begin to tell you how happy we are with the work that was done on our home. Our house went from being the "ugly duckling" of our street to the "beautiful swan" after Roman's crew was done with our home. Bill, Rob and Evan were the men who did our front porch, and it's what sets the look for the house. I could not have asked for three finer men who were a pleasure to get to know, and appreciate their workmanship. The guys would show up around 6:30am, and were ready to begin at 7am. "We built a beautiful 3 stall 1.5 story detached garage but held off on installing a driveway for sometime. When we only had a gravel drive, our garage would flood during any significant rainfall as the ground slopes toward the garage.  To solve this issue, in addition to proper grading and sloping of the concrete, Mike and his crew installed a trench drain with heavy metal grates outside each stall.  This solved all of our water issues!  The driveway is beautiful and he even took care to make the concrete thicker near the road to accommodate the garbage truck that occasionally pulls onto the driveway a bit to pick up our trash.  The project was completed in a professional and timely manner.  I'm especially particular about cleanliness and the crew was great about cleaning up after themselves.   Everyone involved was pleasant to deal with.  Mike is great about answering questions and explaining things.  He even offered solutions for keeping leaves from clogging my drains! It was great to have a solid driveway to make snow removal easier this winter, and despite the crazy weather we had, the driveway still looks great.  We will not hesitate to call on Westmoreland Concrete Construction for any additional projects.
