"Outstanding! • I called at 9:45 AM and they had someone here by 3:15 PM same day. • They identified the cause of the leak as a shingle torn at the tab, which allowed water through to find a nail hole or two. They repaired it and sealed it. I didn’t ask him to, but while he was up there he checked all my vent pipes coming through the roof. He says GAF (a well-known shingle manufacturer) has a school they’ve all attended, and there is a specific way they recommend shingles be installed around vent pipes to insure they seal well long term. Mine are not installed that way. He said it’s not like he can re-do them the way GAF recommends now, but he did caulk and seal around them as best he could. It’s not guaranteed work, but it’s a common place for older roofing to fail, and he said it might buy me an extra year or two when the roof gets near needing replaced. • I also asked them to fix a gutter leak which they did. In the process, though, they also noted and sealed a leak in the fascia at the same spot I didn’t even know about. So yes, not only were they timely and professional, but very pro-active in looking for other things to square away in one call. During a subsequent rain I've confirmed the issues I called about are resolved. I'm very pleased."
