"After our ceiling fell down from a leak in the roof, we had to find someone who could fix the giant hole in the living room as if it never happened, which proved very tricky since the ceiling was plaster with a special type of texturing. After searching high and low for top notch plasterers, we found Bob's number and gave him a call. Bob came out quickly and was able to put our mind at ease about making the repairs and gave a great timeline and quote for getting the work done. When the work was done, we truly couldn't tell there was ever a hole in the ceiling! Bob and his team did an excellent job repairing everything and matching the texture to the surrounding area, we couldn't be happier! They were all so courteous and did a great job making sure everything was covered up before they started and cleaned up so well afterwards, it was as if no one was there (and no hole)! "We can't even begin to tell you how happy we are with the work that was done on our home. Our house went from being the "ugly duckling" of our street to the "beautiful swan" after Roman's crew was done with our home. Bill, Rob and Evan were the men who did our front porch, and it's what sets the look for the house. I could not have asked for three finer men who were a pleasure to get to know, and appreciate their workmanship. The guys would show up around 6:30am, and were ready to begin at 7am. They had the old porch torn off in a day, and over the next several days, an entirely new porch was framed and the most beautiful wood was used for the new flooring, along with white vinyl railings. They also put in my new front door and storm door to complete the project. For the siding, gutters, downspouts, soffit & fascia, I've not seen men work this hard and tirelessly in a long time. Fredericko and Jose would show up around 8am every day, and work until they had no daylight left to work in. The finished product looks incredible, and we are so grateful for the hard work the men put in to transforming our home. I've attached photos to the review so that you can see the amazing transformation of our home. "Marvin and his team (I met 3 crews of about 15-20 very hardworking guys and a couple of women!) who did a great job. First, the roofing guys worked to remove the old shingles (and they were constantly cleaning up as they progressed as this created a full dumpster of spent material), did any necessary roof surface repair as they went, and then put on the new singles in 2-3 days on a large multi-sectional roof. Meanwhile, the carpenters were preparing and finishing any necessary trim/soffit/dormer/etc. repair work, even coming on Saturday to finish their work. Then, within 3 hours the next week, the gutter guys had cut the new gutters on-site and had them installed. Amazing coordination between the crews, project management and office staff. I also had the pleasure to meet two of the sales staff at the front end, John and Justin, who came out to check on the jobs, as well as Marvin who looked at the roof carefully at the outset, and was in constant contact or on-site with his teams. I have observed 3 roofs put on my home and several other houses in the past year, and Marvesta was the most impressive company I observed and had the pleasure to work with. If I didn't have a brick house, I'd have them back to do siding too!"

"We used The Construction Company to renovate the main living space in our home. They removed a load-bearing wall between our office and family room, replaced the flooring, added a new window and constructed built-in storage tailored to the space. They did all of the painting, trim and electrical work (adding recessed lighting and even mounting our TV/components). John was able to provide suggestions we hadn't thought of to use the space more efficiently, such as reducing an opening to the room, adding a barn door that would maximize the available space for furniture, and constructing a built-in desk area in an otherwise awkward space that was created by our powder room. We couldn't be happier with the result! Not only did the end product exceed our expectations, but John was extremely professional. Our initial estimate was submitted quickly, the contract was detailed, and they began work on our project in a timely manner. Once work commenced, there were no breaks in the project until it was complete. The only time the cost exceeded the estimate was when we wanted to add to the scope. They were reliable and respectful of our house, taking steps to contain the mess to the extent possible. John always remained flexible and collaborative as the project progressed. Beyond being multi-talented, they were just good, pleasant, trustworthy people, which is important when you're embarking on a project that will take some time to complete. We will absolutely use The Construction Company again, and would recommend them to anyone!"
