"I highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing. They recently replaced the roof on my home and I am very pleased with the results. They were very professional from start to finish. They guided me and kept me informed through every step of the process. They were always happy to answer my questions and Gary (the owner) made sure that all my concerns were promptly addressed. Tiger Team Roofing is an excellent company. I will turn to them for any roofing work in the future and I will refer them to my family and friends."

"Everything went extremely well. I called multiple roofing companies asking for the same service, some did not respond or return my call, others were either too busy and had no availabilities until 2 to 3 wks later and did not commit to any appointment. City Roofing was the only company which answered my call right away and had a maintenance package. Anaiz (repair manager) contacted me in 24 hrs with the quote. From the beginning to the completion of the project and through the changes I made, I was able to easily contact and communicate with Anaiz. She was very friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. Initially it was going to cost $2800.00 to repair the small garage roof. We changed to silicone coating for the same price. It would take 2 days. When I decided to silicone coat the main roof, the initial quote was $6750.00 for the main roof. Steep but I accepted it and scheduled another 2 days the following week. However, shortly after, Anaiz called with a very nice proposal, they would do both roofs in 3 days giving me a discount on the main roof, which now would cost $5975.00. I think that shows professionalism, fairness and honesty of the company. The technicians were all very punctual, polite and professional. Since we were in the middle of Covid-19 pandemic, they all wore masks when communicating with me. They explained the work well and answered all my questions. The work was done on time very well and clean. A few days after the project was completed, Anaiz followed up with an email and before-and-after photos of the roofs. The owners, Candy and Mario Famada also followed up with an email. This is a much appreciated personable and professional touch."

"I can accurately evaluate Locktight's work compared to my previous experience. 1. Locktight replaced my roof on time, faster than promised when signing the contract. 2. The work was carried out with the utmost respect for the residents of my house , all the decorations in the house, and the driveway. Everything was carefully covered with protective bags and boards, protecting my home. 3. The work began early in the morning and continued without a break until 6 pm. 4. The work was done perfectly, without flaws. A manager always accompanies me, explains everything in advance and warns me about the work performed or inspections, is always in touch and answers questions within 30 minutes maximum. 5. The guys who sealed the corners with cement are like artists, doing their work professionally and very efficiently. 6. The Three months passed from the signed contract to the completed work. 7. The driveway was thoroughly after . I had a very positive experience and highly recommend Locktight!"

"I called Ray at Advantage roofing for 2 jobs, to replace a flat roof and to do some repairs from a shoddy job that was done by a roofer. We purchased our home knowing that the flat roof had issues, however we didn't notice another problem. The original inspection said that an area might have a leak because the soffit was wet and they wanted $1000 to remove a few tiles and look for the problem. <br /> When Ray came out he immediately identified that there wasn't a leak, but that the problem was the previous owner had a roofer install a diverter so the rain wouldn't run into the pool. The problem was the diverter was pushing all the water up underneath one tile so the water was just sitting there. He went on the roof and took pictures of the area and highlighted with arrows what the problem was and the different options to fix it were. He said we could install a diverter the correct way, but that option isn't the best, since it leaves the tar underneath exposed in some areas and it also isn't really proper code. He instructed us that the proper way to repair it would be to remove the diverter and replace all the tiles that the old roofer removed to allow the water to run off the roof like its supposed to. The problem with that is that the water would run into the pool so he suggested we hire a screen company to install a super gutter. Even though the super gutter was an extra $1000 we did that so that everything was exactly how it should be. <br /> Ray filed for the permits and then called me to make an appointment to do the work. The guys showed up while I was at work around 10 am and by the time I got home at 2, they were done. They removed the diverter, replaced all the fascia board, caulked it and cleaned up. They also found roof tiles that perfectly matched what I had. <br /> The price was less than the home inspector wanted to just pull up a couple of tiles and Ray took an extra 10% off the estimate after I told him I found him on Angies list. <br /> All the guys at Advantage are very nice and professional. One of the best contractors I have ever dealt with <br />"

"We wholeheartedly recommend ASP Windows and doors. We needed to replace 4 hurricane doors and, based on online recommendations, we asked ASP for an estimate. Jonathan from ASP came to our house and gave us several options. He took the time to explain all options and he spent time figuring out the most cost-effective selections for us. Also, Jonathan took the time to show us the various alternatives for the actual color of the glass inserts. In our case he showed us that they needed to be grayish to match our existing patio windows’ subtle shade. If he had not been so observant, we might have ordered the usual greenish color of glass, which is pretty, but would have made the new doors look obviously new and the old windows look old by comparison. We are convinced that he helped us pick the most cost-effective, secure and attractive options. After a few months the doors were ready and the ASP installers came to our house. Our installers were Yelies and Carlos. They were polite and thoughtful. They showed us what they would do and how they would do it. Yelies was concerned that replacing the outside door to our cabana bath might result in damaging the 9” x 18” ceramic wall tiles and the 12” diagonally-laid marble floor tiles of our cabana bath. Because of a hurry-up remodel that the former owners had done to try to sell the house, leaving new tiles covering over the old door’s jambs and half its threshold, we really had thought all along, even before ordering the new doors, that the interior bathroom tiles would have to be broken to install a new pre-hung door. Most people in Jelies’s position would have said they had to break the existing tiles holding the door in place. Then we would have had to re-tile the whole bathroom. But he called Jonathan, who came right back to our house to talk over the problems. Jonathan, Yelies and Carlos came up with a plan and carefully went ahead. They completed the installation without chipping or breaking a single tile!!! We were amazed. They made sure it was done beautifully, even though it took several additional hours. Our laundry-room door also had to fit into the same kind of marble floor and it came out just as perfectly. The office staff at ASP was very good. Whenever we spoke they were polite, flexible, and ready to answer questions. One note: Yelies and Carlos are not fluent in English, but between our school-kid Spanish and their English, everything worked out great. Also, they were very good about making sure that the doors closed perfectly and that the thresholds and jambs around the doors were really square, neat and clean. They swept all their work areas at least daily and did not track work dust around the home. We have done many remodels and want to add that the two men worked quietly, never swore or yelled across the house, and seemed rarely, if ever, to take personal phone calls. This is unusual and highly preferable to music, loud talking, and hearing too many phone calls while trying to enjoy the quiet of one’s own home. If you are looking to purchase windows or doors, we highly recommend ASP. Moreover, we would suggest that you ask for Jonathan as your sales rep and Yelies and Carlos as your installers."
