I got an email, then a phone call, made an appointment, then the worker never showed up and they said I hadn't confirmed the appointment, even though I talked to the scheduler on the phone and confirmed it! Calling back was sometimes difficult as the answering machine would not pick up, or only after a long time. So I can't give them a great grade for responsiveness or punctuality. Once they did get the worker out to my house, he did the work quickly and efficiently, so no problems there. For the small amount of work needed, I probably could have hired someone for just an hour for less, but everything offered in the deal was provided."
