We can change toilet parts, and bath / kitchen fixtures. We can do non-structural deck work/ maintenance. * Note: We don’t do plumbing, electrical, or structural woodworking. We don’t do stone countertops ( but we can do Formica, butcher block, or wood customizations / fabs. Text or call and we will see what you have, and if we can do it. A flat amount is based on project's specific needs, and is discussed prior to setting an appointment. All Minor Repair Work is provided on a Time+Material billing basis only (charged by the hour). Our average turn around on providing quotes is 1-2 weeks depending on size. We require preliminary drawings for structural modifications, prior to providing estimate. Omega Construction and Design, Inc. also provides creative/design consultations for a wide and varied range of renovations including CAD drawings for additions, floor plan/footprint with a no pressure approach.
